Just a quick update - we'll be finishing editing over the next week and making the companion book for buyers.

Speaking of buying - we will be hopefully releasing worldwide through Amazon and also fingers crossed as an ebook and Kindle for £0.99 / $0.99 so keep a look out. The Kindle release will take some more format editing, but will include hyperlinks to the different pages making it easy to use on the go!
